Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales process to provide customers with life, health, and personal insurance policies.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm Life Insurance.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Set and conduct life insurance appointments with current and prospective customers.
Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Meet production goals assigned by management.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
