Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales process to provide customers with life, health, and personal insurance policies.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm Life Insurance.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Set and conduct life insurance appointments with current and prospective customers.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Meet production goals assigned by management.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
