"*Aug. 2024 update: I was finally able to get all of my policies moved over to State Farm, in large part due to the hard work and advocacy of the agents at Renee’s office. And while I would have made the move solely on the basis of quality of care, I further discovered that by moving over to State Farm the annual cost of my policies significantly decreased, while the coverage provided by those policies significantly increased. Those policies were with a good company, but the care that State Farm provides through Renee Hyde’s office is best in class. I said it last year and I’ll say it again in 2024, do yourself a favor and give Renee Hyde’s office a call. *Original review: The Renee Hyde office is absolutely the best. I currently have policies with multiple insurance companies, and while there are other good offices out there , Renee’s office is at a whole different level. They provide service in a way that one rarely receives when doing business today. They check in on me periodically, make sure that my coverage is where I want it, and get ahead of any potential problems. When there are problems on my end (had a bank computer go haywire recently, freezing my auto payments) they graciously and patiently go through the trouble of fixing things in a way that makes it easiest for me. Everyone at the office is amazing, and they all go above and beyond, whether I’ve spent hours on the phone with them over the years, or am speaking to someone for the first time. The care that they’ve demonstrated for me over the years gives me a feeling of safety that I can’t imagine getting anywhere else, and that is priceless. I would expect all this service to come at a premium, but while recently comparing policies I have discovered I can lower my monthly payments and get better coverage by moving my other policies to State Farm. At this point I only insure elsewhere if State Farm won’t insure it. But if all of that isn’t enough, Renee’s office is there when it really counts. A few years ago I was involved in a situation that necessitated over 1M in insurance coverage, which I thankfully had. State Farm stepped in and took care of everything and made sure that everyone was made whole. As someone who’s entire life could have been ruined within a single day, and was saved by State Farm and the folks at this office, I’ll tell you to do yourself a favor and give them a call. You need insurance, and you want to be holding it through this office. The bottom line is that State Farm is best in class, and Renee Hyde’s office seems to have taken their play book out of a classic movie starring Jimmy Stewart. If you want to do business with people who treat you like family, call Renee Hyde’s office."
